You can ask us to delete the data Business Brain holds about you at any time. Business Brain is operated by BLACKLINE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., Romania.
How to delete your data
- Email us to delete everything. Send a message to privacy@getbusinessbrain.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete your account data, your business data and your Instagram connection data (listed below) within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Remove Business Brain in your Instagram settings. Instagram then notifies us, and we delete your stored Instagram access credential and your Instagram connection record, so Business Brain can no longer read your account. To also delete Instagram posts already read into your business, use the email method above.
What gets deleted
- Account data: your name, email address, hashed password (if you signed up with one) and sign-in records.
- Business data: the businesses you created and everything in them: the sources you added (website pages read, uploaded documents, pasted links and text), and what Business Brain produced from them (the understanding, your answers in the conversation, strategies, plans and drafts).
- Instagram connection data: the encrypted Instagram access credential, the record linking your Instagram account to your Business Brain account, and the profile details and posts read from your account (captions, dates, links, like and comment counts, reach).
We do not sell or share this data with anyone. See the Privacy Policy for how it is used.
